Chocolate Dipped Biscotti Cantuccini
A delicious pack of 200gr of Italian Biscotti (approximately 8 to 13 biscuits), baked twice for extra crunchiness and not hard.
Those are made of a plain vanilla biscuit, dipped in moreish dark chocolate.
They are called Cantuccini Toscani, or Tuscan biscuits; they are often sold in big chains coffee-houses.
I bake those at home in small batches with love and care, following centuries old recipes.
They are excellent for a tea break, for breakfast, for elevenses, and for when you want a little treat for yourself and your loved ones.
No preservatives are added to the recipe, and they will keep for at least two weeks if kept in an air-tight container.
