Blueberries and Lemon Biscotti Cantuccini
A delicious pack of 200gr of Lemon and Blueberries Italian biscotti (approximately 8 to 13 biscuits), with pieces of candied lemon and juicy dried blueberries, baked twice for extra crunchiness, but not hard.
They are called Cantuccini Toscani; they are often sold in big chains coffee-houses.
I bake those at home in small batches with love and care, following centuries old recipes.
They are excellent for a tea break, for breakfast, for elevenses, and for when you want a little treat for yourself and your loved ones.
No preservatives are added to the recipes, and they will keep for at least two weeks if kept in an air-tight container.

Wheat Flour (GLUTEN), Butter (MILK), EGGS, Sugar, Baking Powder, Dried Blueberries (SULPHITE), Candied Lemon Peel (SULPHITE).
